They actually care about the work they are performing to make sure my lawn is fertilized and treated properly. They even send me an email after treatment to tell me what they used and what I need to do after treatment. So far, I haven't had to call them back in between treatments citing a problem. In the beginning, we were using TruGreen. After a year, our yard looked worse than when they started. We began searching for a new company and came across Grass Masters. The owner called us and throughly explained the process to getting a healthier lawn. He let us know it would take a few treatments before we saw improvements. Having a beautiful yard doesn’t happen overnight. We have been very pleased with his work and love how he explains what to do after each treatment. We have been using his service for years and we highly recommend his business.

I have had them for over a year now and not seeing great results. Yet. There are several large areas that I'm waiting to see if they green up and start looking like the rest of the lawn. How long do you have to wait to start seeing results? Maybe I'll wait another year and see what happens. Update on 2/15/23: After realizing who I was, Zac got back to me and reassured me that he had a plan! lol, (I'm just a 'glass half-empty' type of guy so I tend to look at the worst of things!) 🙁 It sounds like a good plan so I'll trust his judgment.
